My iphone 5s internet won't work unless its connected to a Wi-Fi?
When i'm outside my internet never works, i have 4g and its always turned on, i'm on 02.
On top of the iphone when i'm out it either say's 'E' , 'gprs' or '3G' but whatever one it says the internet still dosnt work.
Has it ever worked? Do you have a data plan? Can you make calls and texts away from Wi-Fi? Taking it to a phone store would probably get you the fastest answer. You might need a new SIM card.

Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop. But now whenever i try using the internet on these devices ( iphone etc ) it does not work, although the main desktops internet is working… Can anyone help me? I'm using WINDOWS 7.
- Why won't my iphone 5c work unless its charging? As soon as i unplug it, it only lasts about 1 min & then it turns off so i have to plug it back to use it. I've already tried hard powering ( holding down the home & power button) & also letting it charge for hours so it not that… What should I do?
- Straight talk iphone won't connect to Wi-Fi unless its really close to router? My iphone won't connect to Wi-Fi unless its really close to the source of it or the router. It is an iphone 4 on straight talk. And the internet connection without Wi-Fi is super slow. It wasn't always like this, just recently. Any help?
- My iphone won't stay turned off unless its plugged into the wall? I shut my phone off, but as soon as it turns off it comes back on. But then i plugged it into the charger and it stays off. I then unplugged it and it came back on. What the hell is going on and how do i fix it?!
