My iphone 6 battery runs out way to fast?

I use to be able to go 3 days without charging my iphone 6 now I have to charge it every hour or depending on how long I stay on it.

If it's on 2 percent I put it on the charger and about 20 minutes later it's on 100 percent so it charge really fast but it runs out fast to.

Please don't tell me to close my aplications because it's a habit that I already do, and my eyes hurt when my brightness it up so that's not the problem sense I already turn it down.

What else can I do about this?

I had to download a clean it out app. It closes any apps running in your background. If you press the main home button and the power button it should restart us and sometimes that helps me too. The restarting won't delete anything on your phone. But it will help whenever its slow or glichy.

You don't need an app to close apps, just double click home button and swipe up to close them.

Something seems weird with your battery, it shouldnt do that. You can probably have the apple store put a new one in (doesn't cost much for new battery) and it would be like a new phone again.

Turn off background refresh and crank down the screen brightness.
