If you want an IOS phone go online and look for a used older model. The older and less memory it has, the less it will cost.

You could buy a cheap Android model for day to day comms and an iPod for all the iOS connectivity. Used iPods can also be dirt cheap and give you most of the functionality of an iPhone.
Samsung Galaxy Sky if you can find an unlocked one. It is identical to ONE Samsung J3 model - make sure it has 16 Gb internal and a 5 inch screen. Don't buy an Android phone with less than 16 GB internal because the OS and built-in apps will likely use 7-9 Gb.
