My iPhone 6 Plus repeatedly turns on and off since I updated it to IOS11.1?
I've tried resetting it different ways, I've removed everything from the phone and started a fresh but it just keeps doing it. Has this happened to anyone before?
Could be a battery issue. I had the iphone 6 before i upgraded, and it would shut off randomly. Sometimes the power bar wouldn't decrease at all, and be stuck at 100%, or drop down to around 50% and shut off.
i took it into a apple store and they replaced it with the factory warranty. I would suggest you do the same. And if they say they have to charge you, try calling their customer support on the phone before hand. As they may have more options than the store does for faulty batteries. I did that with my apple watch too.
- My iPhone keeps turning on and off like it turns on and off. Can someone tell me? Okay tbms it turns on and off on and off and then sometimes it shows a red screen for a few seconds then off again and dies out. It's not the battery because I got that changed thinking that it was the cause and it wasn't. So is there anything someone can help me with? The repair guy tried restoring it through iTunes he said it didn't work either it just won't come on it doesn't go pass the Apple logo before shutting off and on again and dying out
- My iphone keeps shutting down ever since i updated to ios 7? My iphone 4s was working great until i updated it to ios7 even if its fully charged it just stays for a few minutes and shuts down! And shows the charger sign. Then when i plug it in again it works and the battery is full! What should i do.
- My iphone 5s won't restart since I tried to update my phone with ios11 last night & I guess my phone ran out of battery in the middle When I try to turn my phone on its shows the apple logo & then a logo showing itunes with charging option comes up. I tried looking over solutions over the interent but can't find any. Is there any way I can reset my phone or sth else that can be helpful?
- My iPhone 5's battery life has been greatly decreased since I updated to iOS7? So when I updated to iOS7 my phone has been losing like 10-15% overnight. Is this normal? If it's not, is it my battery and should I get a new one?
