If it's under warranty, ask apple. If not, it's fixable, but it may cost a bit. Get some quotes and see if it's worth fixing or obtaining another one. Duhh
A screen replacement should fix that unless some internal damage was done as well. If your iPhone is under warranty then Apple will do it for free, if not then they'll charge you for it.
It's possible to take it to a repair shop however I don't recommend it, some repair stores don't know what they're doing and some cause more damage to the phone.
