My iphone and iPod touch switched

I have an itouch and an iphone i pluged my iphone 5 into my computer and my iphone totally switched with my ipod touch like all the apps music contacts and everything! And when I plug it into itunes it says lilys itouch is there any way to change it?

Yes when you plug your iphone in on the screen where the iphone is you can select which apps and such that you want downloaded on your device. As far as the name of the device typically all you have to do is double click your name and it will allow you to change it. Hope this helps
