My iPhone battery is decreasing really fast?

Before I went to sleep it was 76 and when I woke up it is only 38. I even deleted my history to keep the battery? My iPhone wasn't like this when I got it in July. Is it because I use it too much(cause I play apps a lot). Or is it because my battery needs a changing.

Don't charge your phone for too long or use it for too long. It will spoil the battery

You could double tap the home screen and hold one of the apps and delete them all. That wastes battery. It could be that you have too much apps and games or that you have too much pictures and/or videos.

How is the signal strength where you live? It could be that the phone is roaming which runs down the battery faster

I use it like all day then I charge it over night and when it's charging it says 100% but when I unplug it, it goes straight to 99%.So I use it for like an hour then it's already at 25% why does it do that?
