My iphone can't connect to my home Wi-Fi?
In the past i always managed to connect, but recently it's been asking me for a username and password to connect; and i only ever had a password so i have no idea what the username is… I've tried putting 'admin' and the SSID of the modem/router into the username field but it never worked.
The username is the name of your network, like YCD28 or some people name it, but you don't have to you can leave it the default
you know like when you are on your comp and you can choose a network yours and your neighbors might be listed, etc
the password is the other long number on the modem, probably the one you are already using

- Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.
- One laptop can connect to our home Wi-Fi network but no other devices can connect? We recently set up a wireless internet connection in our house. One laptop can connect to it (the one I'm currently on) but no other devices can connect to it. It says our "Network Security Key" is mismatched. I have tried typing in all the different codes on both the router and modem on both our second laptop and an iPhone 5. How can I fix this?
- My iphone will not connect to my home Wi-Fi. It can connect to any other network with no problems All my other devices at home connect with no problem, but once i updated my phone it won't connect here. I've reset the router, my network settings, forgot this network, even wiped out my phone and it still won't work. I changed the dns several times. Sometimes that works for a little while, but then eventually stops. What the hell?
- My iPhone 5 can never connect to my home Wi-Fi? I have the password, and my brother's iPhone 5 can connect to the Wi-Fi, but not mine. I got a new iPhone 5 about a week ago, because my old one had a defective top button, the lock button. So I sent that one in and got a new one. My old iPhone couldn't connect to home Wi-Fi either! So I don't see how it could be TWO iPhone's of mine that can't connect! What do I do? It connects to Wi-Fi at school just not home!
