My iPhone does not turn on, it's completely black?

My iphone is not turning on. The last thing I did on it was read a book through iBook, and after finishing the book I went to take a nap. When I woke up, I found my phone and tried turning it on simply by pressing the home button, cause I thought my phone was left as I left it. It didn't turn on. I was confused, because I remember seeing the battery at 94% before I went to sleep. I tried to charge it anyway, but nothing pops up when I connect it to the charger. If I try pressing the power button for a period of time, nothing pops up and that's not normal. I tried pressing power + home button together too, and nothing happens either. What the heck has happened to my phone while I was sleeping?

Added (1). Hell no, my family can't afford a new smartphone, I will probably end up getting a crappy phone that has number buttons and stuff. Well, my phone is less than 6 months old… But my family didn't get the warranty thing that helps you fix the phone if it is broken(thought it was useless since extra money pay every month) so I will be paying if I take it to the apple store. I honestly don't know why my phone will be like this

Get a new phone cause honestly iPhones may be cool but they break really easy ik I have one so yeah you should get someone to fix it like the place you got it from!

Just leave it on the charger

Try if this works.press the home button for 15 seconds no longer no less, get a timer to help you out. Then while your pressing the home button hold the power button as well for ten seconds. Then let go of the home buton and immediately and hold the power button for three seconds.

it could be possible that you accidentally entered your phone in DFU mode.
if that doesn't work restore it via itunes.

This happened to me literally like 2hrs ago & i just got it to turn on
I left it alone with the charger plugged in and NOTHING
But i was holding the home & lock button at the same time & pushing them at the same time simultaniously & it turned on!
Hope this helped!

This really works what Jon & Evelyn both said. I just had to do it with mine.
