My iPhone fell into water

I took a blow dryer to it, then I soaked it in a bag of rice.It'll turn on when it's plugged into a wall charger, but it says it needs to be connected to iTunes and be restored, so I plugged it into my laptop and it won't turn on.iTunes won't even pick up my phone to sync or ANYTHING. I need help!

Added (1). I left it in the bag of rice OVER 24 hours.

Keep it in the rice for at least 24 hours…
if it still doesn't work then bring it to the Apple store and see if they can figure it out

Its fried circuts short circut when water hits them… Rice actually helping is a myth the only true fix is removing the battery 5-10 seconds after you get it out

Well, you needed to wait 3 days, but at least it's alive! Is your laptop plugged in? Or find a wireless source, plug it in, and restore that way.

Call Apple as well.
