My iPhone froze! What do I do

I can't turn it off or do a hard reset. It has a blank screen but i still can see the time, and battery.
ITS BEEN LIKE THIS SINCE 9:00 AT NIGHT UNTIL NOW (8:00) Please Help

Added (1). I already pressed the power button & square button. It does not do anything.

Did you try to jailbreak your iPhone?
Did you download anything that might interfere with your iPhone?

If so, your iPhone must be bricked.
A brick means that your iPhone will never be able to startup again or will completely die. You will have to get it fixed by someone that knows how to unbrick it.

Note: If you jailbroke your iPhone, your warranty is voided. That means that you won't be able to use the warranty.

Depending on what how its frozen, whether the screen won't turn on, or its just frozen on an app you can try plugging it in and leaving it for 10 mins or you can hold down the home button + the power button until it turns off and goes to apple logo or both.

Just let the battery die out completely and it will shut off, then charge and it should be fine. You might have some app running that is poorly written.
