My iphone has black and white lines? And its unresponsive?

I tried to take off the screen and put it back but when i turned it on it was unresponsive and has black and white lines.

You probably broke it. You shouldn't take it apart or put any generic parts on it before taking it to the Apple store because they won't fix it if you do that. Don't mess with it and take it to the Apple store and they will fix it for free if you don't have any external damage.

And when I open YouTube, it shows the gray screen with the YouTube logo but the lines are also there! Do I need to send my phone in for a repair? I've tried holding the home button and the lock button at the same and nothing changed. It's been plugged in and has been doing this all night. Any ideas?
  • Iphone has white screen black apple logo frozen it occasionally goes black then that screen shows up again screen went red once? I held the home and power buttons and it showed me that the battery was super low with the little red lines hasn't shown me that since now it's just frozen on black apple logo with white background and the screen flickers occasionally i've had it plugged into the wall charging for 2 hours now and still nothing should I go get it looked at by apple or do I just leave it charging longer?
