My iphone internal speaker doesn't work on phone calls but does work when hearing a voicemail?
The speaker to talk won't work but will work to play music, but not while making a phone call. Or i could hear my voicemail but when making a call i can't hear anything.
IOS usually has 2 sound-sets, the normal one and the sound-effects one. Try maxing both. You can do this by holding the volume up button on your home screen, then move to your music library and max out the volume there as well.
I hope this will fix your problem, if not, I couldn't guess what the problem may be.
I would take into apple and have their specialist check it out.

Apple phone So my boss is doing some shady **** and we think he s sleeping with one of our co-workers who is now sending him videos of us and lying about us. He has an iPhone upstairs which he uses for music, this is his old iPhone. For a while we were able to see his iMessages coming through but he ended up turning it off. We can however see who calls him throughout the day, how did he shut off the messages and not the phone calls? Is there anyway we can turn them back on.
