My iPhone is broken and I don't know what to do?

I'm 17 and I have absolutely no money and neither do my parents. The one day I take off my otter box it fell off my desk and completely shattered. Now the whole phone won't work. I've been in the store twice begging for a replacement and they refuse. I don't know what to do anymore.

If you have insurance through asurion you can try to save up and get it replaced for 100$. If not you need a whole new phone. You will need to send in your broken iPhone for a replacement. Had to go through the whole process. I have the droid razr and i accidentally broke it when i took my otterbox off to:/. Hope it helps

Sadly, I think you are you out of luck. Next new phone, you should buy ins. Maybe you get a cheaper used phone for now. Any phone is better than no phone.

  • People that buy iphones don't know anything about technology did you know that? Like my friend just brought iphone and I asked him if it has 4g late he said what's that? Then I asked how fast is the processor like 1.2 dual people buy them because its more mainstream and because their friends have iPhones Samsung is way better based on specs and technology the iPhone 4s and 4 processors are very slow
  • Not enough iPhone storage and don't know why? I want to update my iPhone 4 8GB to iOS 6. I deleted All my apps. Deleted hundreds of photos, contacts, notes, and emails. Still not enough space. I only have 1.8 GB available but I need 2.4GB. I have 1, 008 photos now and like 95 contacts. Also about 230 emails. No apps. My friend had more photos than me and had no problem. What is using up all my storage!
  • My iphone is broken and I don't know what's wrong with it? First of all the front and back is cracked which I know how but can someone tell me what's wrong with the screen because when I turn it on or go onto an app or something you can see faded black lines in the background which are not suppose to be there. It is an iphone 4s btw. Also it turns off by itself sometimes. Please could someone tell me what's wrong and how much it costs to fix?
