My iphone is completely broken, but I need pictures off of it?
I recently dropped my iPhone 5s on concrete and it shattered. It won't turn on and my computer won't recognize it. I've charged it fully, but still nothing. Right before I dropped it, I had taken some really great pictures from my vacation. I checked my icloud, but my pictures didn't transfer over to it. How can I get my photos? They're really important to me and I don't live anywhere close to an apple store.
If you saved the photos to the SD card, you can remove it from your phone and load it on your PC (you might need an adapter or a reader - see your computer store.)
Ask where ever you got the phone from to transfer it for you
Phone will have to have power for any of that to occur. You don't have an SD card. No iPhone does.
The problem is, any data on there that wasn't backed up to iCloud or iTunes prior might be lost in order to power on the phone. Very risky.
Only chance you have is to press and hold the power button and wake buttons simultaneously until the phone attempts to wake up.
Otherwise you'll have to restore it. Best luck.
- My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
- My iphone 3gs' screen is completely white and my home button is broken? I do not have insurance or anyway to get a new one. I have tried to charge it and plug it into my computer. I really need help please anything will help! The battery was completely dead when i went to plug it in and this occurred. I'm not very computer savvy so if you could be detailed with how i could fix this id appreciate it!
- I need to sell my old iPhone 4S. What steps do I need to do to ensure it's completely cleared? I've already activated my new iPhone; my old iPhone can still receive iMessages when on Wi-Fi. I'd like to sell my old phone. Should I "unlock" it? How do I do that? Just some general info/instructions on what I need to do would be great.
- How to get pictures off of broken iPhone? Yesterday, my iPhone 4 decided to just shut down completely and it won't turn on. I took it to the store and I'm getting a replacement sent to me, but I have pictures from years before I even got the phone in my camera roll and they're not saved to my iCloud. Is there any way I can save these pictures? Anything would be helpful and appreciated!
