My iPhone is stuck at the please wait screen for a jailbreak?
I tried doing the iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak with my iPhone 4, I downloaded the iOS 6.0 3, 2 software and then did jailbreak everything went smoothly until my iPhone got stuck at the please wait screen, after the please wait screen, it reboots and doesn't go to the pineapple for redsn0w, what am I doing wrong?

- Please please in dire need of Okay so I got my phone literally 48 hours ago and somehow I got a scratch on the back of my new gold iphone 5s and I was wondering if you think Apple would change it for me. I seriously have no idea how I got the scratch because I was holding it like a baby and checked every second if it had scratches on it and then one second out of no where BOOM a scratch. Please, any suggestions? And please don't write you should have gotten a case or it was your fault deal with it.
