My iphone isn't charging/connecting to computer?

I tried plugging it in the wall outlet with two different cords and it doesn't connect to my computer. The battery worked fine up until now. Does it sound like a battery problem? If it was a battery problem, why didn't it connect to itunes? The part that connects to the cord looks completely fine so no external problems that I can see and I haven't dropped the phone or anything.

I live away at college and I can't really get to an apple store/verizon store until a few days. What should I do? Just bring it to an apple store? I need a phone as soon as possible

There might be a dust in the cable. Just blow it at the end and try again. If same continues then there might be a chance of cable problem, try changing the cable.

  • Whatsapp in iPhone isn't working. Just shows connecting? I've even using Whatsapp on my iPhone 4S for months and today all of a sudden it is just not connecting. It's shows it's connecting but I'm unable to send or receive Msg because it ain't connecting. Usually it says connecting and connects in 3-4 seconds so I can MSG people but now it's not working. My internet is working well and I've also tried restarting my phone. Didn't help. Please someone help.
