My iPhone keeps saying restoring in photos what does it mean?
Every time I open "photos" on my iPhone 5c it says restoring with a loading symbol. It doesn't let me screenshot, save or permanently delete any photos. Once I have deleted any photos and closed the app down then re-open it they re-apear as if I never deleted them. Can someone help me or know what this means?
This is the fix. Check in System Preferences for - iCloud >> Photos is unchecked. To Improve Applock compatibility, You must also install Leo Privacy Guard in your smart phone, Just a click to lock all apps.

I have the iPhone5 and when I open up my camera it says "Can't take photo there's not enough available storage" and it gives me the option to go to storage and when I do it says I have 3.2 mb available in storage and on my iCloud it says i have 9.4 GB free and 15GB total available. Why won't it let me take more photos? I bought the $20 iCloud storage thing a while back. And I don't even have that many photos, I only have like 400

So I decided to connect it with my computer on iTunes and when I plugged it in it says "Welcome to your new iphone 1: set up as new iphone 2; restore from my old back up which is my iPod.
