My iPhone only turns on via Redsn0w after being Jailbroken?
I jailbroke my iphone and had a bit of a hard time, but I ended up getting it done.
After Jailbreak was done it got stuck on the apple logo so I used Redsn0w to turn it back on. Ever since then everytime it dies/turns off, or reboots, it won't turn on by itself. I have to plug it in to the computer, pull up redsn0w and "Just boot"… How can I fix it so it'll turn on normally again?!
Seems like you did a "tethered boot" that's where after you jailbreak you can only turn it on via the program you jailbroke with, you should have done an "untethered jailbrake" which lets you boot it normally while maintaining is jailbroken status, Google it if you need a bit more help, or contact me @ iloveatlas123@gmail.com
- My iphone 4 turns off abruptly after being on for a minute? My iPhone 4 will turn off very abruptly after being on for less than a minute, its stays on only when attached to a power supply, it may last a bit longer if I'm listening to music but still eventually turns off abruptly. I did have a problem with the phone in which it wouldn't turn on at all but it turned out to be the battery was not connected. Any ideas to what it might be this time?
- My iPhone 3 randomly turns off after about 15 minutes of usage? My iPhone 3 that I recently bought used will only last about 15 minutes on when not connected to a charger. When it does turn off and I try to turn it back on it gives me the red bar and says I have to charge my battery even though I charge it for the whole night. The battery bar is always more than half. Any help?
- Jailbroken iPhone 3 stuck on loading circle after being reset? My cousin gave me his used iphone 3, it still had some of hir data. It is also jailbroken. I wanted to delete them, so I have gone to settings>general>reset>erase all data ang settings. After I confirmed that I wanted to erase all data and settings, it is stuck on the loading cirle. It does not connect to itunes too, and the sleep/wake botton is broken so I can't force restart it. What should I do?
- Is redsn0w.us the real redsn0w website? Or is it a fake? I accidentally went to that webpage to get redsn0w since when googling redsn0w that was the first result so I thought that was the official website. I then read that you should only download it from blog.iphone-dev.org Is redsn0w.us the official website or is it just a "fake" website?
