My iPhone only works on charge?
I have an iPhone4s. A couple of months ago it kept restarting so I rang my network provider (Orange) and they sent me to a shop who replaced the battery for me. It worked fine for about three months and then today, the screen just went black. I put it on charge and it will turn on but then reboot over and over and over. As soon as I take it off charge, screen goes blank and it won't turn on. Orange refuse to fix it. Apple won't fix it as it's out of warranty. So unless I figure out what's wrong with it, I'm faced with a £500 bill for a new phone.
First of all scan your device for viruses if it is clean then your battery is a goner
Just replace it!
- Youtube app only works on iPhone 4S when Wi-Fi is turned OFF? Can someone please explain this to me? It's usually the other way around for everything else on my phone but with this new Youtube app I can only watch videos using 3G. I checked to make sure it isn't a problem with my internet and it isn't. I really hope someone can help me with this because it uses up my data plan when I'd rather just use my Wi-Fi.
- Verizon iPhone 4 stuck on shutter after screen replacement? Only rear camera works? After replacing a cracked screen on a verizon iphone 4 the frontfacing camera is stuck on shutter, while the rear camera only works sometimes… I have tried checking the connections, as well resetting everything and even restoring. I have heard about possibly jumping something on the logic board but can't find where, a picture would be great.
- Verizon iphone 4 only works when plugged in? My girlfriends verizon iphone 4 only works when it is plugged in. The battery is new because we had it replaced recently… The only thing is that it only comes on when it is plugged in. Can it be something loose? Because it was taken apart before?
- My iPhone only works when on speakerphone? Not sure exactly what happened, but all of a sudden a month or two ago people can't hear me when I'm trying to talk to them on the phone unless I put it on speaker phone. I've searched the web so this is a long shot, but any magical fixes out there! I've tried taking it to the Apple store and they are no help, I'm no longer under warranty or something like that.
