My iPhone screen isn't working
My white Verizon iPhone 4 16gb has stopped working on about 1/5 of the screen so i can't type on that side, nor open apps or features. I have never broken, scrathed or cracked my phone and it has been without a case since the day I got it! What's wrong with my screen!
Could just be a loose connection on the touch screen flex cable (where the digitizer connects to the motherboard). Or it could be damaged or just a worn screen. You can watch a video on YouTube showing you how to take it apart. It's pretty simple. I would check the touch screen flex cable and make sure it is fully in place (they can sometimes get jarred loose), or you can just replace the screen. I avoid places like eBay and Amazon for screen replacements though - I would suggest using a more reputable vendor like these guys - http://www.strivemobile.com/iphone-4-screen-replacement-repair-parts - I've used them quite a bit for my repairs and never had an issue with a bunk screen. They have tool kits and everything else you might need.

- Left side of my iphone 4 screen isn't working? Nothing on the left side can be pressed! I did a hard reset (pressing the home and off button) but it didn't work. Then i completely reset it, but there's no difference. I don't have an apple store where i live, how can i fix my phone? Btw, i can still do the *slide to unlock* which is odd, considering that that requires use of the screen's left side
- Should I go to Apple or Verizon if the screen to my Iphone isn't working? My friend dropped my phone on the back of it the other day and totally blacked the screen out. It's on because it vibrates but i can't see anything on the screen. My friends taking me to get a new one and I don't know where to go to get it fixed right away. Should I go to Verizon, where I bought the phone? Or Apple where the phones made from. I really need it right away so please help!
- My Iphone touch screen isn't working? I dropped it while bending over, and now whenever I go to slide to unlock, it doesn't move. When I go to power it off, the cancel works fine, but again, the slide bar won't work. I restarted it, and when I do this, it automatically brings up the passlock, and when I go to type it in, only the 1 - 2 - 3 and 5 work… So I can't unlock my iphone at all. Does anyone know what I can do to get it working?
