My Iphone speakers are stuck on headphones?

Ok so there's two problems really,

If i make a call or get a call, I will not hear the person unless I put it on speaker.
and if i raise the volume it says headphones.

and also, If I play music through the speakers, they will not work, I must use a pair of headphones to hear the music.

All this happened right now within the hour.
I was using my iphone speakers earlier just fine and made a phone call just like normally too. I'm not sure how to fix it. I tried plugging in my headphones and tried to clean out the headphone jack.

So the speakers work for only phone calls and the music works only with headphones.

Clean the headphone jack with a cotton swab.

  • Will my iPhone alarm go off with headphones plugged in? I like to listen to music before I fall asleep, but I use my iPhone as my alarm for work in the morning. If I fall asleep with my headphones in, will the alarm still go off (like on the phone speakers, not just the headphones)?
  • Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
  • Speakers not working after plugging headphones in? I dropped my iphone 6 in the bath and the speakers weren't working for like an hour however would work with headphones, I tried cleaning the headphone jack with a q tip however that didn't do anything but it randomly just turned back on however now whenever I put my headphones on and then take them out it takes about 2 minutes for the speakers to work again, help?!
  • My normal headphones won't work after using Bluetooth headphones? (iPhone 7)? I've been using AirPods for a couple months now and the battery is getting pretty bad so I decided to get some plug-in Apple headphones but those don't work. When I plug them in I get a "not supported" notification. I've also tried friends headphones that worked fine on there phone, so I know it's not just faulty wires.
