Try hard reset (pressing on and off button at top at same time the home button-in the middle-down)
If didn't work you have to do recovery mode:
(Press and hold the on/off button on the top right hand side of the device while pressing and holding the home
button for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds, remove your finger from the on/off button while still pressing the
home button and then to connect the cable between the IPhone and the Itunes still pressing and holding the
home button- after that Itunes will detect it in recovery mode and will ask to restore and update it)
** Recovery mode deletes all data on the phone
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
- My lock button in stuck on IPhone 4? It's been stuck down for while now, it locks but it requires alot of pressure and I'm scared I'll seriously break it if I keep doing it, I'm not under warranty and I need this problem fixed As soon as possible!
- My iphone 5 is stuck on the lock screen? My phone has been saying I have no storage but I backed it up last weekend and I deleted over 100 pictures. My phone was working this morning but I turned it off and now it is stuck on the lock screen and where the LTE is suppose to be it says "Searching… ". I've tried rebooting over 10 times and its the same thing.
- My iPhone 4 lock/power button is stuck and won't work. What do I do? So I went to lock my iPhone today and the button was stiff and wouldn't do anything. Could anybody tell me what the problem is and what I can do to fix it? Will apple fix it for free?
