My iphone was stolen yesterday?
My IPhone was stolen by somebody yesterday I was with. I Tracked it with find my iphone and they gave me an address to where the kid. Is there a way i can to prove he stole it.
He has your phone. That's proof enough.
If you think he stole it then there's your proof
Confront him and tell him about the app if he denies possession.
Report it to your local police department. Print off a screen shot of the map showing where the phone is located. Give the police your apple ID username and password so they can track it. Hope for the best. There's really very little the police can do. If they don't have a search warrant they can't enter the home. Because the phone's gps location service can be glitchy they can't use it as evidence to obtain a search warrant. The person would basically have to invite them into the house and admit to taking the phone. Good luck though, I have heard stories where it does come back. The person panics and goes "Oh yeah, I was trying to find out who's phone it was. I just found it"
No if he says that he found your phone laying on street the there will be problem for you. Unless there's good evidence you can't prove it. Feel good that you find your iPhone before Xmas god grace.

I went and got the cracks in my phone fixed and a NEW BATTERY It was on 4 percent when they where done so I put it on the car charger and used it some how died during charging now when I put it on the charger it shows the red bard then the apple sign shows then it turns on to the pass code page then it stays for a few seconds then shuts off back to the charging red bar. And this is a cycle, what can I do?
- I just bought an iphone 5 yesterday and it got stolen that same day? So my questions is since i literary just bought it does it come with the like 14 day insurance by any chance? I have verizon. i don't have insurance on, so can i just call them and tell them that i want a full cover insurance?
- I dropped my iPhone in water yesterday? And my friend said I should put it in a bowl of rice to attract Asians to come fix it. Is this true or is he being a racist bigot? The Asians at my dad's work are always eating rice, so I'm confused about that one.
