My Iphone Won't Show The Charging Status even though the charger works on other iphones?

My iphone 5 went weird last night when I was calling someone and ever since then it won't show the charging statues… In order for me to charge it i have to cut it off and let it charger but it won't charge while the phone is on… Can someone help please?!

You need to check the port is clean. Shut everything odd - dead off, not just asleep. Use a wooden or plastic toothpick to see if there are any dust bunnies in there that have gotten compacted, almost like felt. (When I did this to my huabnd's phone, I did it over a sheet of white paper, so I could show him what I got out. He thought I had picked up lint off the FLOOR, to tease him!) When you have gotten out all you can ( and do this with a bright light, like a desk lamp) then blow this out with canned air - or you own breath. Wipe down the charging cable plug really well - and try this again. If you see no improvement - and you try different cable, chargers, etc. - then it needs to go into the shop.

I have an iphone 4S and it reads Att sim card no problem, i had the phone factory unlocked and it even said Congratulations your iPhone is unlocked after i restored it in iTunes, but all it says is no service i tried two different T-Mobile sim cards. I even checked my imei number online and it said the phone was factory unlocked. Is there anything i can try, i've never ran across something like this.

I deleted an album off of my phone through itunes when it was plugged into my computer and when it's connected to itunes the album doesn't show up but when my phone isn't connected the album is there and the songs will play. Is there anyway to get the album off of my phone because it's annoying?

Why when my mate text me from his iPhone did I receive it still on my iPhone and not the phone with the sim card in. And I was able to text him back from the iPhone but when he called me the little Nokia that I'm using rang… I'll be honest, I really don't understand how iOs stuff works…
  • My iphone won't vibrate even though vibrate is turned on? I have an iPhone 3gs and it worked fine until I updated it (ios 6). My phone, when on silent mode, won't vibrate when I get a message. In settings, everything is turned on, the vibrate part is selected. When the button (above the volume) is not on silent and then is flicked down to silent (vibrate) mode, it vibrates. However, it does not vibrate when I receive a message? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
