My iPhone won't turn on? - 1

My iPhone had water damage a long time ago, and it's been dropped, but it's been fine for months.
I had 82% battery, and I was texting, and I picked it up to send a new message and it just wouldn't turn on! I've tried the hard reset where you hold home-power-home, and I've plugged it in, and I've tried to turn it on, and it just sits there, and nothing happens. Anyone know what could be wrong or how I could fix it?

Added (1). The water damage happened like two months ago, I used the rice and after a few days, it was fine. This is the first problem since then. I know the battery isn't dead because, as I said, it had 82% battery, AND I've had it plugged in.

Sounds like the battery died.

Water damage is not good… That can destroy electronics.

Well since it has been water damaged put it in a bag of dry rice, rice picks up moisture, this could take up 2-5 days, a week at the most.probably just some water has gotten into the battery by now, or your battery is just dead.
