My Iphone won't connect to my computer? - 3
So I want to put music on my phone and I plug in the cable to my phone and computer and it says that "USB unrecognized" I keep trying different ways to position the cable but won't work. When I charge my phone in the outlet it works perfectly fine. Should I replace my cable or is there something else wong
Are you using the USB cable that came with your iPhone?
If not, sometimes Apple devices such as iPhones, iMacs, and iPads won't recognize "after-market" cables/connectors. So if you aren't using the one that came with your iPhone, I'd suggest purchasing an Apple© brand cable/connector.
If you are using the one that came with your iPhone, try restarting your iPhone and computer. Maybe that'll help?
I'd suggest looking over your cable to see if there's any breaks or ware. If there's, that may be what's causing your problem.
Reinstall/Update iTunes and see if that helps.

- My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
