My iphone won't send pictures after updating to ios 7.1?

Hi, i've been having recent problems with my Iphone 4s. It will no longer send pictures to non iphone users, it will only Fail to send. I've noticed this problem after updating my iphone's ios to 7.1. Just curious if i'm the only one or not having this issue. I have tried resetting the phone, messing with the MMS and all of its settings, Turning the Wi-Fi ON/OFF, even reset my modem. Resetting the phone and ressting network settings and i'm just at a loos at this point… Any help would be much appreciated and Thank you. *I'm not good with fancy words with settings or phones so dumb it down a bit please. *

I have followed the steps perfectly by holding shift and clicking update software on iTunes and selecting the iOS 7 ipsw. I was wondering if my iPhone will become bricked when the iOS 7 beta 2 comes out to developers. I have watched one youtube video and it says it will become bricked and read a comment on another website saying it won't if you have followed the steps perfectly. Will you guys help me?
  • Why won't my iphone 4 send pics since updating to iOs6? I always could send pics with no problem. Then one day me and my friend both updated to iOs 6 and now both can't send pics to anyone. I then updated to iOs 6.0.1. And still had the same problem. I have AT&T by the way. But anyway I also went in and set up my iMessage I believe it let me send it to someone with an iPhone but nobody else! HOW DO I SEND PICTURE MESSAGES TO ANYONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS LIKE BEFORE!

I've tried holding down the power button and home button but it still doesn't do anything! It was jail broken but I removed it before I updated it.   • Iphone stuck in recovery mode after updating to IOS 7 beta? I tried updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 beta, without developers account, using restore + shift on itunes and clicking my downloaded IOS 7 firmware. This failed at a certain part, it said error 1934 or something, at that point my phone was still working, then I tried again and it became stuck in recovery mode. I tried different tutorials but I just can't get it working again, please help!
