My iphones sound isn't working?
Okay so all the normal sound is working microphone wise
i can make calls and receive calls
i can play and hear music and all the normal sound affects
its just when i record a video its fine then when i try and watch it back all i can hear is this quiet squeaking/crackling noise and i'm wondering why it won't work, and if i'm able to fix it myself as i need to be able to record videos!
i did have a problem with my microphone in the past but i got it fixed
if anyone could please let me know what's wrong with my phone that would be great
Does the sound on your recorded videos work fine when you transfer them to your computer? If yes, then it's only a problem on your iPhone. I'd recommend doing a full reset on the phone in that case. If that doesn't fix it - it must be a hardware problem. Have you dropped the phone or gotten in wet lately?
