My laptop has a virus, can't even get to desktop?
I would upload a picture but don't know how from an iphone 3. When i turn it on it goes to a bright red screen that says "The hardware on this computer has been deactivated. Warning: Attempting to bypass or reactivate this without the proper password may result in damage to this system and loss of data."
I tried all passwords I use, none work. Any help appreciated
It doesn't sound like a virus to me. On some electronics there's a protection that will delete all data if the password is wrong multiple times. I would suggest thinking of the right password very carefully my friend, as it sounds like you have turned on that option.
Lol. Re install the os. Easiest solution aside from remembering. Sounds like what Jadog said but you could have gotten yourself a nasty virus that changes files around in your os

- Should I buy a next-gen console even though I have a pc desktop? So I've bought a pc and I'm happy with it but I'm wondering if I should spend my extra money on a next gen console. I was thinking of saving it for an iPhone but the second thoughts are happening again.
