My orange account balance is £48.53 by my contract is £36 a month?
I should be paying £36 pound a month.
I get unlimited text, unlimited calls and 2GB of data (iphone). What could i have gone over? Is this the sum i have to pay?
Have you rang any 08 numbers or sent any premium text? Ring 150 they will give you the run down of your bill. This always happens to me but it's how they make money I guess
You may have contact a number which does not cover your £36.00 contract sometimes this does happen 0800 numbers or 0901 numbers even texts to certain places like competitions etc. Which is a part of your contract ask them for a break down of your bill you will then see where the calls have been made tel 450 from your mobile
The network orange charge using delivery reports on texts per text make sure this feature is turned off in your message setting and also if you have a paper bill I would get that changed to an online bill I don't know if they still do but they used to charged for paperbill per page. And if you've already done the above options I would check your usuage and see what you've used and what numbers have been contacted. Its so easy to go over your internet allowence even when your phone is locked so I would also turn off data roaming when your not using it if you have a updated android/apple or other smartphone. And if you have Wi-Fi at your home I would connect your mobile to that so you won't use your phones allowence when your home.

Go log onto your Orange 'My Account'
It will show all the calls, you can sort them by cost (should be 0 for included ones)
The only included calls are for calls to the UK from the UK to
01/02/03 and 07 numbers
All 08xx will be charged
All data over 2GB will be charged
Picture (MMS) texts will be charged
If you have enabled text Delivery Reports this will be charged (1p per report)
All use outside the UK - will be charged
There are FUP limits to calls and texts even though it says Unlimited
but it is some 3000 calls, so very hard to exceed that normally.
(you need to go to T-mobile / three to get 99 999 call/text limits)
Go look at your online bill
- the old bills section will have PDF's of all the old itemised bills (free)

- Will an orange pay as you go sim card work in my iphone orange contract phone? My orange phone is still in contract but could do with a different number on pay as you go as well, would rather just get the sim card and swap them over, but can always buy a cheap phone as well
- Transfer apple id balance to another account I bought an Ipod Touch and loaded it with a gift card, i now have £7.18 I now bought an iphone but i want two separate accounts, my current one with credit for my iphone and the other for my ipod touch which has no credit. That is how I want it to end up as. Thank you very much in advance! Basically can i remove my apple id from my ipod and put it on my iphone? i don't want to use the same account for both.
- Problem with my Orange mobile account I've just bought a new iphone 5 (last week) and have a new SIM with it also. However when I go onto my Orange account it says I need to upgrade to get full access even though i'm the primary holder. Also my online bill is showing up huge when I have unlimited texts 600 mins and 1GB data. None of that shows on-line and when i ring up to hear my texts/mins it says i don't have that bundle! Don't know where the extra £30 charges have come from
- Payment showing up in email but not on account balance? I just sold my iPhone 4 on craigslist for $400 but for shipping he have me $500(lives in Nigeria) and on my email it says I got the money but on my account balance it says $0.00!
