Problem with my Orange mobile account

I've just bought a new iphone 5 (last week) and have a new SIM with it also. However when I go onto my Orange account it says I need to upgrade to get full access even though i'm the primary holder.
Also my online bill is showing up huge when I have unlimited texts 600 mins and 1GB data. None of that shows on-line and when i ring up to hear my texts/mins it says i don't have that bundle! Don't know where the extra £30 charges have come from

You normally receive your first bill for your new phone within 2 weeks either online or in the post.

Your first bill will always be higher than your usual monthly charge, as you'll be charged for a month and up to nine days. This is so you can get connected as soon as you take your phone or SIM out of the box.
But don't worry - it won't be like this every month. After your first bill it will go back to normal. Its basically because you pay a month up front on the first bill.

On your first bill you'll normally see two charges:

• The first charge is for your first four to nine days from when you take out the contract - so you can start using your new contract right away

• The second charge is your first full monthly charge. You'll see this charge on your following bills.
These two charges combined will add up to the amount on your first bill.
The date printed on the bill is when your allowances will start again.

So the 'extra' charges are probably just the first bill as its always higher.

If you are concerned you are not on the right plan or there's an issue, call Orange on 150 from your phone.
