My PayPal account is limited but I made a withdrawal before that happenednread bellow?

So I sold an iPhone to someone sent them all the shipping details. He payed me through PayPal before I sent the phones and after he got his tracking number he opened a case saying item not delivered we literally just sent it today. Anyways he paid me yesterday the limitation happened today. I withdrew money yesterday and the status said completed what I wanna know is. Is this limit thing going to affect the withdrawal I made yesterday? Is the money still gonna show up in my bank account if it says status completed?

Unfortunately whenever someone opens a case on you or give a negative review, eBay limits to you receiving the money until you put in the tracking number, its delivered, and days after that. The only way you will receive your money right away is if he the tracking number shows its been delivered and he gives you a positive review. Otherwise you have to just wait days after. I know it sucks, had it happen to me before. Personally because of eBay fees and complaining customers, Craigslist is the best way to get money. They see it right away and you get cash right away.
