My phone is hacked. How do I fix it?
I kept getting notifications on my iphone 6s+ that people all around the world from Brazil to Zimbabwe were trying to sign into my apple ID.
So of course I changed the password. But even after changing the password and forcing them to sign out, they were still accessing my account.
I have thousands of photos and songs saved on it, so I would prefer not to do a clean wipe. Any advice?
(I also tried to install the Norton app. )
I would go to to a phone place and ask them to fix that
The hack is all tied to your e-mail\apple ID not the phone itself.
1. Change the e-mail address itunes (apple ID) is assigned to.
2. Change the recovery e-mail address itunes (apple ID) is assigned to.
3. Setup 2 factor authentication with your cell phone number.
Sounds like a fake popup to me, who exactly is sending you these notices about all these hackers.
