Move it to a different folder on your computer.
Unsync your phone
The simplest way is to find the photo on the computer and move it somewhere besides the synced folder. Unsyncing your phone is asking for issues.
- I forgot my iPhone 3 passcode and it never was synced to a computer? I heard the only real way to get into your phone if you forgot your passcode was by pretty much rebooting it with a computer. The problem is, when I got the phone off eBay, it was never synced to any computers that I know of. Is there another way to get into it? (I do not mind if it erases data.)
