My photos won't transfer from my computer to my iPhone 4s anymore

I have an iPhone 4s and I recently took lots of photos off my camera roll and put them onto my computer in folders and categories. Now, I want to be able to sync my iPhone and have them all in the folders in my photos.

I have done this millions of times before and it is the first time they aren't transferring over. My music and apps and everything else is working perfectly, and when I go into iTunes and click on the folders I want on my phone, that all works fine.
I sync my phone, and it says everything goes swell. Then when I safely disconnect my phone from my computer, I click on my Photos, and no folders or anything comes up. Only my camera roll.

Please help! It's bugging the hell out of me.

Connect your iPhone to the computer
Open iTunes
Click on your iPhone (top-right below search box)
Hit the Photos tab
Make sure Sync Photos from box is checked
Then select the folders that you want to sync
