My Verizon iPhone 5cs data won't work?

For the past three days my iPhones data won't work. I cants send or receive text messages and I can't make or receive calls. I also can't use any apps that require internet when I'm not around Wi-Fi. I don't know what to do. Also when I go to "settings" and click on "cellular" my phone will crash, my phone also will just randomly crash. It's having trouble keeping a charge for very long and is really slow. Does anyone knows what's wrong or what to do? Any answers will be very appreciated!

I would say it's Big Red's signal but you said it crashes at random. Find the closest Applestore and make a Genius Bar appointment. 5c has a one year Applecare free defects warranty. They will repair or replace at no cost. However, if your trouble is due to prior damage by you, then that's going to be on your dime. Bottom line, sounds more like a phone issue than a Verizon issue. *i forgot to add that up by the Wi-Fi signal it'll say "searching…" Or if there's no Wi-Fi in the area it'll say "no service" even though I have a data plan that starts over every 6th of the month and I barely used half my data before it stopped working and I the nearest apple store is 3 hours away and I don't have a car or any way to get there*

We suggest you'll find it Great Red's indicator however proclaimed the application dives randomly. Have the local Applestore and even get a Legend Drink station scheduled time. 5c is known for a yearly Applecare 100 % free issues service contract. They will likely revive and switch absolutely free. Then again, if you are a tough time can be caused by previously problems as a result of one, then simply that will end up onto your penny. In a nutshell, does sound a lot more like an important smartphone situation than only a Verizon situation. Most beneficial beginners luck.

Try turning on your data in your settings if you can get into it.
