My Wi-Fi isn't working on my iphone5?
Yes I made another one I don't care! Sorry I'm just frustrated and no one really noticed my question. I have a white 16gb iphone5 from sprint. It's been my first iPhone ever. I have had since my 3rd or 4th dance competition which was a few months ago. Wi-Fi was working great on my phone. Until yesterday it stopped. I restarted my router nope didn't work reset my iPhones wireless connections no luck. I'm updated to iOS 6.1.4 whatever. Anyways I don't know what to do my iPhone does recognize other connections except mine! It noticed my connection last night for a few seconds and it was really poor. Please help I'm really frustrated. My moms iPhone5 has strong Wi-Fi (our Wi-Fi) so does my iPod touch but I don't.
The reason they didn't reply to your question last time wasn't that they ignored it, well maybe, but it's more of that they don't know the answer.
Either way, there's a couple of things you can try:
- Restart your iPhone (Turning Off and On).
- Turn your Wi-Fi off and on.
- Disconnect from your network and then re-connecting.
If none of these solutions work, it could be that the Wi-Fi radio got screwed up at some point in time. In this case, you may want to send it to Sprint to let them fix it; this will be the easiest solution.
