Need someone to make a website for me?

I have, what I believe is an extremely good idea for a website. I absolutely can't make it myself. I have made websites before for me and other people for different things. I can't make this myself because it is too interactive with other website users. I need to find someone to make my idea but I can completely trust not to steal it. I once invented an app for the iPhone and sent it in to a place that said they would develop it and give me 20% of profits. The app ended up becoming top 50 paid apps on the app store and they deny that I ever gave them the idea and didn't pay me. That is why I'm a little skeptical of just handing out my ideas. Any ideas help!

You have to get people to sign a contract with you that plainly states who did what. If it's on paper, you can take them to court of they don't comply.

Definitely don't give information to china, russia, or anyplace like that, they will surely steal any information you have regardless.
