Netflix not working on iPhone 5?
I can't get anything to play on Netflix when I'm not on Wi-Fi, I have the latest Netflix and I'm on ios6.0, sky go is the same too.
It might be an app settings issue. Go to Settings > Netflix and make sure Wi-Fi only under Video Playback is set to off. If that does not help call customer service.

- Why is Netflix not loading on my iPhone? I'm trying to watch Doctor Who which is about 45 minutes per episode but when I try to watch it the video doesn't even load and I get an error message. I'm using T-mobile 3G on an iPhone 4 because our internet went down. Can I watch Netflix at all or do I just have to watch shorter videos? I'm getting around 2-3 bars right now if that makes a difference.
- Netflix isn't working on my computer? The Netflix website won't even load. It used to work perfectly fine but for some reason it stopped working. Has anyone else experienced this before? The website won't load on any of our laptops or computers and our internet and phone service is Comcast. However, our iPhones and iPads load the Netflix app and stream videos flawlessly when connected to the Wi-Fi.
- IPhone not fully charging and home button not working? My iPhone 4 only charges to 10% and stops. After it turns off it charges back to 10% and stops so it doesn't even get passed that. How do I fix this? Also home button doesn't work I have to turn my phone off to get out of an app
- Iphone Do Not Disturb Not working? I downloaded the new IOS for my Iphone 4s and set the Do Not Disturb function up to come on at 9 pm and go off at 7:30 am. I see the moon symbol on the screen so it shows the DND is on, and I have set 3 numbers as favorites, but the favorites are still not ringing through. I missed a call the other night from a favorite, didn't ring, didn't light up the screen, nothing. Am I missing something?
