Network unlock my iphone to use in england with vodafone?

I have an iphone 4 that i want to bring with me this summer to england. Does anyone know how i can unlock it to be able to use it with vodafone?

i used it to unlock my phone from at&t. You have to do a survey to be able to download it but its well worth it and better than paying 20$
