New computer new itunes jailbroken iphone?

I jus got a new computer and i downloaded itunes on it. Now i plug my phone in and it shows up in itunes but i can't add any songs to it. My phone is jailbroken and i do not want to unjailbreak it. I do not want to upgrade my firmware. I jus want to be able to add songs to my phone from my new computer and new itunes! I also have a laptop that i would like to add songs to my phone from too but apple seems to make it where you can only add songs from one device and from the very first one you even synced your iphone to. Is there any way around this craziness? Please help me

Added (1). I don't want to transfer stuff from my iphone to the computer. I want to add songs from my new computer to iphone. I also already have all my songs on itues and do not need to transfer them between computers.
