New iPhone 5 has a black dot on screen?
I bought a new iPhone 5 and I notice it has a little black dot on the screen. A dead pixel I image. I had a 7 day warranty with the store but, I don't know if this is a valid reason to change it? It's small but I saw it and now I can't get my eyes off it.
It is a VERY valid reason to exchange it. You should be outraged! I say get a Nexus 4 just in spite of Apple!
Haha but if you DO stay with Apple (Eww) then yeah, it's definitely a reason to exchange it.
Of-course that's a valid reason to complaint about the brand new phone and getting it refurbished with a new one that's accurate. So just call them up and complaint about that. It's the display problem, even mine had a small one and it started growing as the time passed. So it's better get it replaced right now. Hope you find this useful.

- White iPhone 4s has better screen than black 4s? My mom has a black 4s and i have a white one. They were bought from the exact same store on the exact same day. The black one has more of a washed out screen and not a true black its like a washed out black. The white one is much better… When starting up it is pure black unlike the black one. - Where is their a random black dot on my camera So when i take a picture their will be a black dot and when i take one of myself their will be one on my fave. It is really annyoing and i don't know what it is or how to het rid of it. I bought an iphone repair kit to open my back to clean the lens but that didn't work.
