New iPhone 5s T-Mobile upgrade service not working?
Recently upgraded my phone from the Galaxy S Blaze to the new iPhone 5s.
I love the phone, however my service doesn't seem to be working on it.
I can only access my Wi-Fi.
Is there a process to take when getting an upgraded phone from T-Mobile?
It might be your SIM card, they go bad, if you don't think it's the SIM card try putting your phone in airplane mode and then off airplane mode it should work
- T Mobile or Verizon. Should I pay T-Mobile 175.00 for an upgrade or 94.00 to Verizon for new phone? I want the iPhone 6s plus. I'm already with t mobile but there internet is a bit slow sometimes. Its the jump plan ill get. Ill pay 12.00 for 24 mo. And if i get a new phone they won't run my credit again. But with verizon they'll run my credit. Is pretty good. But i don't want anybody to really run my credit tho lower it. I'm not sure about verizon internet but the commercials looks pretty good. They bboth have unlimited internet. What should I do?
- Part of my phone screen is not working do I get a new screen or do I have to get a new phone? I have a 6S plus iPhone and I dropped it and now part of my screen isn't working when I touch it. Do I get a new phone or just repair it's screen?
- New iPhone won't get service but my older iPhone gets service? I just got a 6s and went to the Verizon store to get my upgrade. I used to have a 5s. My 5s is still getting service and my 6s is not. I turned off cellular data on my 5s and and made sure both data and LTE were working on my 6s but it still isn't working.
- My mobile data service isn't working? I have an iPhone 4s. I was experiencing an overheating problem with my iPhone and I read somewhere online that if you reset your network settings then it fixes the problem so that's what I did. However, now mobile data doesn't work. Everytime I try to use mobile data it now says 'Sorry, you are not subscribed to a mobile data service' or something like that. How do I fix this? By the way, my carrier is JT-Wave
