New Itunes transered to iphone usign a computer?

So I had an ITunes account on my computer when I was younger, but then got a laptop and switched my iTunes account over to that. My laptop unfortunately just crashed and now I need to go back to my other computer for iTunes. The only problem is that not all the songs on my phone are downloaded on the computer's iTunes. I have songs from the iTunes library on my computer that I would like to transfer over to my phone but not all the songs from that library. Also I do not want to lose the songs that are on my phone.
