NJ license got a ticket in New York speeding ticket 1180D going 86 on a 55 zone?
So my mom and my dad and my 1 month old baby brother went upstate New YorK for a weekend. When they came back, I took the car to get my iPhone fixed in the morning. When I got my iPhone fixed on my way back I get a call from my mom saying she left the baby's food and accessories in the car my step dad was suppose to bring upstairs. So I got worried and started speeding and going with the flow of traffic as well.
There was a cop right at the corner of the turn on the right side of the highway. As I was driving at the middle lane the whole time He came behind me and pulled me over, as I was pulled over I pulled all my windows down and followed his orders the. I explained to him about why I was speeding and explaining him that I really needed to get the food to my baby brother. The reason I got worried was because my step dad was at CT dealing with his court case and no one was home. My mom still can't do things without me there.
Mind you I bring her to New York for the baby's birthday check up and everything. Since my stepdad works at CT most of the time.
i have a New Jersey license and I wanted to see if there's anyway out of this ticket without a lawyer.
I also have some points on my license for driving careless, but it goes for the same reason. It's because of family.
1. What can i do to not get points
2 will my license get suspended since I already have 6 points on my license?
3. What should I do in court?

You are just going to anger the judge with your insipid excuses. Speed limits are enforced for a reason and there's no excuse for speeding. Apparently you have difficulty operating a vehicle in a safe manner so hopefully you will receive large fines and have your licence suspended. Your insurance premiums are going to skyrocket too. Maybe that will get your attention so you can learn how to drive safely.
The baby was starving to death? Sounds like you should take a hiatus from driving.
- Why doesn't my gps work in New York? So I was in New York a few days ago and when I was in Manhattan I tried to get to times square. My cars gps, my galaxy s4 gps and my friends iphone had the same problem. The gps would tell me to go the opposite route then halfway go another direction. Could this problem happen because I was roaming? Or is new York that big that it causes gps's to break?

- Where can I buy an iPhone 5s (no contract) in New York? I'm going for a visit in a couple of weeks, its cheaper than it is here. Is it still out of stock? Where would I be able to buy it on a no-contract basis? Also, will I loose the warranty that comes with it if I use it in Canada?
- What apps can make living in New York easier? My sister is moving to New York in a few weeks. She has never been and is somewhat intimidated by the whole change. What can make the transition easier? Ipad or iphone apps are the things I'm actually looking for. Maps, restaurants, discounts, anything goes. Anything you think that will make life easier there?
