Not getting calls on iPhone
Okay, long story short, I'm a realtor and my job fully relies on my phone. I started having problems yesterday when I was sitting in training and my phone vibrated. I had a voicemail, but it had not vibrated with a call. I didn't think much of it but then when I was driving I looked at my phone again and I had a voicemail. It didn't ring. After that I had my mom call me to see if it was working and it rang fine.
I had my phone with me for the rest of the day until I went to my night job at 5. Occasionally I peeked at it. I got a few text messages but no calls. When I got home at around 9:30, I noticed that I had a voicemail from 4:11 earlier that day. And that was before I went to work when I had my phone with me.
Then this morning my mom called me again and told me that I had someone who wanted to sign a contract with me not being able to get a hold of me! My phone has been sitting next to me all morning and I only got a call from my mom. I don't even have any missed calls!
This needs fixed now. If we didn't know these people I would have lost pretty much $7, 000
I have an iPhone 4S with Sprint. Could I have accidentally changed a setting? How can I get this fixed, what do I do?
Added (1). Also, "Do Not Disturb" is not on.
If there's a halfmoon on your status bar, goto settings-dont disturb and yeah. If not, soft-reset hold home and power until screen goes off.
- Why is my iPhone first generation not getting incoming calls? It will get texts and outgoing calls work but when I call the phone, an alarm is heard and the call never goes through. I'll take any troubleshooting ideas.
- IPhone 5 problem, getting calls and texts? My iPhone 5, 16gb has this problem where when someone is calling me, I won't get a ring. I do get a notification of a missed call but I don't even know if someone has called me. It happens pretty much all the time unless I'm actually using the phone as someone is calling me. Same with texts and what's app, I won't get a sound that someone has texted me. I'm on strong signal and off silent. Resetting the network settings did not help.
- IPhone 4 not getting incoming or outgoing calls I have sprint & everything else is working just fine! I can't dial out. My family said there calling my phone but its not coming through.
- I'm getting calls on my Iphone from my house phone? I've been recieving calls on my Iphone from my house phone. The calls that I get from my house pone are automatically transferred to my Iphone, but when someone calls the incoming number is that of my house phone? What's going on?
