O2 monthly bill what's happened?
I'm on the network O2 and I pay £31.99 monthly for my iphone, I got unlimited text, calls and 1gb of data. I went onto my app O2 and it said my recent charge is £31.99 + 46p for text but I have unlimited texts so why do I have to pay? I don't care that I have to pay it because its not much but I have unlimited texts and have to pay 46p?
I also saw some extra stupid charges on my orange bill today!
i viewed it online & was able to contact them by sendin a msg. Msg them or call!
Have you texted a premium number like on tv or the radio or something that isn't included in unlimited texts
Probably wasn't an inclusive text.
Usually if you text-in to quiz programs or advertisements i.e.
"Text the answer A, B or C with your name and location to 80080"
or
"Text LOVE with YOUR NAME and HIS NAME to 80801 to receive your love percentage"
---> The network will charge you the cost of the reply from that advertisement or program.
O2 have made a mistake, phone them and they will credit you with the 46p so that you can sleep peacefully at night again.
