Oh god i can't focus while studing

Well i need to read 3 hard books! Radiology, Histology and Phytology! They are about 300 pages
I need to keep all these stuff in my brain for final tests! But i can't i can't remind them as i read
It makes me hopeless
And i'm just playing with my iphone oh god!
Help what should i do?

Turn off the phone. Take your laptop out of sight or anything that will distract you. If you text your friends, tell them you have to go to study.

Write a list. Reasons of why you need to study, what will happen if you don't and the benefits, what you will achieve from studying. Place this near you when you do study! Trust me it helps and reminds you of what is important.

Next put your book out in front of you, read, make notes, test yourself. Whatever, just make sure you are studying. Take regular breaks, 20-30 mins studying = 5 minute break. In the break have a snack or a drink, DO NOT be tempted to turn on your phone (I was like this too with candy crush when I was studying!). But it does work.

Lastly after you feel like you are happy with the amount of revision/studying you have done, reward yourself. Relax, play games and smile.It'll be fine, you are not hopeless.

  • What's wrong with my god damn iphone? IPhone 4 *** is going to 1% battery sometimes, even when I'm charging it and won't charge. If I turn it off and leave for a day overnight it starts to work and charge again. WTF? Why such a moody iPhone? Should it slam it against the wall, what should I do to make it work always. I didn't pay hundreads of dallars to own a POS phone… I really do not like spending time on fixing stupid electronics manufactured by idiots…

  • Is it wrong to pray to God for a good deal? So i'm a christian & I pray once or twice a day. My phone cracked really badly so my moms been trying to find me another iphone but It's hard to find one thats 200$ or under. I prayed to god to help me and my mom find a good deal on an iphone cause we been looking for one for a while now. Is that bad?
