I'm going to panama for a month, and i don't want ANY iphone overseas fes?
So can i just take out my sim card and use Wi-Fi. I NEED TO KNOW As soon as possible.
You can go to settings, then carrier, and turn off automatic.
AND/OR (do and) Go to setting, turn on airplane mode. Wi-Fi will turn off initially. But you can go into Wi-Fi and turn it back on. The mobile network will be disconnected completely. Only Wi-Fi will be available.
Remember, you need to manually turn Wi-Fi back on.
Taking your sim out will also work, but it is not necessary.

I have my Iphone however I do not want to get a big bill or have any charges, I just want to use my Iphone like an Ipod (to watch movies and listen to music etc). How should I do this so that I do not get any charges overseas?

But i've just realised that I might be able to just afford an extra £5 a month for the iPhone 5S, which would be 1gb data and £40 up front cost. So i'm tempted to swap for that, what do you think?

- I'm going abroad and I want to use my iPhone but I don't know whether I can? Will my iPhone work when I'm abroad or do I need to unlock it? (My O2 sim says that I will be able to use the sim in abroad but will my iPhone?
